Our apologies: At this time, wiennashop.com sells retail only, and does not ship bras and merchandises to retail customers located outside Thailand. Wholesalers and international customers can contact us for export policy and quotations via e-mail at oversea@wien.co.th or via fax to Ms. Khanita [Bee] at 662-689-8508.
II. Product sample
Unfortunately, we do not provide product samples. We would recommend you to buy some samples and we will offer you a special discount. You can use the order form below to order any of our products online. For overseas orders we request you to e-mail or fax the order form directly to our contacts above. We regret all overseas orders through website.
III. Ordering
Just download and complete the order form below. Then e-mail or fax to Ms. Khanita at the above details. If there are any items on your order which are not in the stock, you will be advised by e-mail (or fax if you don't have an e-mail address). Once the order is finalised, we will reserve the stock for you and you will be informed a total net pay including delivery fee (if any).
 
IV. Delivery Method
Via courier (DHL, Airborne) : for small order
- Courier service charge will be estimated based on total net weight for each shipment.
Via shipment (sea freight / air freight) : for large order
- We sell at FOB price and will absorb all expenses occurred in Thailand.
V. Payment
All payment must be made via bank wire transfer and transfer must be confirmed as received prior to shipment. For large order (1,000+pieces), payment through L/C is also accepted. We regret to accept credits and debit cards for all orders through fax and e-mail.
We will ship the order as soon as we have been notified by our bank that the payment has been received. The customer is responsible for all bank transfer charges. Currently, the charge for bank transfer is USD20 for each transaction.
VI. Returns and Exchanges
Although we make every effort to deliver your order in excellent condition, damages and defects may occur. All claims must be made within 5 days after the receipt of shipment. The accepted return will be only the packaging unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. No returned merchandise will be accepted for girdles, underwears and pants. Condition is also excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reason. This will be tested by our lab. The customers will be responsible all delivery charges.
For exchange, the original receipt is required and the exchange across item code and style is unacceptable.
International customers: send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method. On the package, please write clearly as 'Returned Goods' to avoid delays at Customs.
We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to proceed for a replacement as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take some time and we would be grateful if you could bear with us.
